Anya Taylor-Joy, Chris Hemsworth, and Tom Burke Join 'Furiosa' Cast
Miller's Post-Apocalyptic Epic Expands
In a major casting announcement, Anya Taylor-Joy, Chris Hemsworth, and Tom Burke have joined the eagerly anticipated "Furiosa" film, the prequel to George Miller's acclaimed "Mad Max: Fury Road."
Miller will direct, co-write, and co-produce the film, which is set to hit theaters in 2024. The story will follow the younger years of Imperator Furiosa, the fearless warrior played by Charlize Theron in "Fury Road."
Taylor-Joy is set to take on the titular role, while Hemsworth will portray Warlord Dementus and Burke will play The Doctor. No other details about their characters have been released.
